Over the years, a vast amount of customer and asset data accumulated from various systems—often incomplete, outdated, or duplicated. This inconsistent data landscape not only hindered quick access in daily operations but also stalled potential digital transformation and AI initiatives. A solution was needed to systematically clean, structure, and make existing data sustainably useful.

In collaboration with aiworx, an automated data cleansing process was developed: outdated and duplicate records were removed, missing information was supplemented, and existing data was verified via external platforms using an AI assistant. Furthermore, smart rules were defined to standardize and maintain consistency in future data entries. The result: a centralized, structured data repository that is significantly more accessible and serves as the foundation for future AI applications, analytics, and new business opportunities.
