The Red Bulletin is primarily produced as a print product. Only after the final print approval does the planning for digital channels begin—especially Instagram. This media gap led to duplicate efforts, inconsistent design, and delays in content publishing. Furthermore, there was a lack of a centralized solution to systematically transform the high-quality magazine content for social media while ensuring editorial quality, brand tone, and visual consistency.
