Our Strategic Challenge.
As our product range has expanded and our customer base has grown, the complexity of inquiries to customer service has also increased. Particularly with technical questions regarding payment devices, a wealth of specialized knowledge was required—usually only available to long-standing team members. At the same time, it became increasingly challenging for new team members to onboard quickly. We needed a solution that consolidates internal knowledge, makes it readily accessible, and actively supports in addressing customer inquiries.
